The Federal Center for Nutrition has warned that the consumption of unhealthy or junk food affects the appearance of the face, indicating that excessive sugar intake can lead to the appearance of transverse lines on the forehead, bags under the eyes, painful pimples, and slanting of the cheeks inward, as well as pale skin and a dough-like texture.
The Center added that excessive intake of salt can lead to facial swelling, and excessive intake of milk leads to swollen eyelids, bags and dark circles under the eyes, pimples, severe acne on the chin, pale skin, and rough cheeks.
Furthermore, excessive gluten intake can lead to the appearance of pimples on the forehead, spots on the chin, red dots on the cheeks, and puffiness.
However, the center explained that to get rid of the symptoms, one must avoid the food that is causing them for 4 weeks.
