Despite the controversy raised by the Emirati-Israeli peace agreement, and the escalation of the demagogic approach in more than one place, which afflicted our Arab region, where emotions and empty stubbornness prevail over the language of logic and reason, an objective stand before this agreement, and its possible dimensions, prove that it was a bold and big strategic step in the right direction to solve the issue that did not reach the consensus of others, as it may establish a political process par excellence that all moderates and those who desire peace hope to move the region from a state of wars, devastation and free death, to a new phase titled building a new Middle East in which all parties cooperate in order to dominate the language of dialogue and peace, instead of the eternal conflict in which the Arab peoples have paid a heavy toll from the blood of their children and their material potentials.
Many years of organized conflicts and wars that have not provided anything to the Palestinian cause. Rather, the longer the period lasts, it creates accumulated complications that have no solution. Rather, they become a threat to the issue and to the comprehensive Arab peace that the future generation of Arab youth aspires to, who are tired and bored of conflicts and violations of rights instead of a just peace. It is a proof of rights and a discouragement of conflict through which a just peace can be created for all parties through which the war ends and a bright future of development, civilization, science and knowledge is made for the good and peace of humanity.
The truth is that if the courageous Emirati step indicates anything, it indicates a group of things, the most important of which is the UAE’s adherence to the peace approach and sincerely work for a safe and bright future for all peoples of the region, especially since the lessons of history always prove that all wars, no matter how long, must lead to a dialogue. To reach common denominators and achieve interests of all warring parties, which is what the UAE realizes. UAE has never abandoned its national obligations, but rather made its policy compass for national interests and supreme nationalism.
Hence, the insistence of the United Arab Emirates to stop the Israeli decision to annex the Palestinian lands, paving the way for a new start for the process of Palestinian-Israeli negotiations, ending the suffering of the Palestinian people and establishing Israeli-Arab cooperation to develop the region and improve its conditions instead of the old conflict, which has proven fruitless as a way to reach legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, such as a two-state solution and an end to the annexation of the Palestinian territories that have injected blood into the Palestinian people who have been exhausted in endless bloody conflicts.
