His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, “May God bless him,” and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, officially launched the UAE visual media identity, which carried the design of “The Seven Lines”, after being chosen by the majority from among more than 10 million people who participated in an open voting from all over the world to choose the logo of the visual media identity of the UAE, and presente its inspiring story to the world as a symbol of ambition, achievement, openness, hope and the culture of “Nothing is Impossible”.
The visual media identity of the UAE and its slogan embody a message of hope and motivation that enhances the reputation of the UAE and its presence in the international community as a country keen on sustaining development, locally and globally, and continuing education, growth, development and advancement, embracing innovation and harnessing the potential and industry of leadership and exporting them, and creating positive constructive transformations that serve peoples of the world and humanity and advance life.
The goal of identity design is to convey the Emirates’ inspiring story to the world as a success story and a continuous process of building despite challenges and obstacles, through a visual slogan that can be transmitted to other peoples and institutions of the world in a popular way, and it can be used by all governmental and non-governmental activities and sectors.
Nothing is impossible in the Emirates… So congratulations to our country on choosing the motto of the visual identity of the media, “The Seven Lines” … with its bright colors such as the prestige and beauty of the Emirates and its distinctiveness, as long as we are proud of the union of our Emirates.
