The Ukrainian Marine Corps is scheduled to receive a batch of 60 wheeled armored personnel carriers in an amphibious version. This new amphibious version provides an increase in combat performance rates.
The tanker is equipped with an amphibious kit that enables the vehicle to be used in maritime operations, and the new amphibious armored vehicle can swim in the sea and overcome water obstacles without any changes in configuration.
This carrier vehicle will have similar ground mobility and speed to combat vehicles during continuous operations on the shore, and has the ability to provide direct fire support to dismounted infantry in the attack.
This vehicle will also support rapid mobility and capability with balanced levels of performance, protection and payload. Both naval and ground performance are important capabilities for Marines as they want to carry out their missions quickly and effectively.
