Small unmanned aerial vehicles launched from British Army grenade launchers

Members of the British Army Task Force use small drones that can be launched from 40mm grenade launchers, and these compact drones can be fitted with various payloads, ranging from full motion electro-optical video cameras to small high-explosive or armor-piercing warheads. They can fly together as a swarm after launch.

It is reported that members of the British Task Force have received “several hundred” drones from the Australian company DefendTex.
