These clothes were designed to warm soldiers in cold conditions. Russian Ministry of Defence has lately demonstrated the latest equipment of the Russian army with autonomous electric heating.
The suit is designed to warm up the soldier by keeping the heat under the uniform in a comfortable range and low temperature conditions, and is worn on underwear; it does not hinder movement and provides heating to all parts of the body.
The system is continuously “powered” by a rechargeable battery at full capacity for 12 hours on a single battery.
The heating can be turned on at any time, even when in the cold, for this purpose there is a three-button heating control system, which can be easily pressed even in severe frosts.
