The Russian ground forces are equipping their legendary BMB-3 vehicle with the new OTD-32 engine, which is an upgraded version of the OTD-29 engine. The Russian “TASS” agency said that the developed turbine engine gives the combat vehicle ease of taking off and greater maneuverability and allows it to change traffic systems if necessary.
The vehicle has the ability to float in water, that is, it turned into an amphibious vehicle, and was equipped with a 30 mm automatic cannon. Its crew still includes 3 members, as well as 10 infantrymen. The BMB-3 is able to fight in various theaters of warfare due to its high speed and ability to cross barriers.
