Lt. Gen. Saif Abdullah Al Shafar, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, witnessed yesterday the graduation ceremony of the 15th batch of National Service conscripts. The ceremony was held at the boot camp of the Armed Forces in Manama, Ajman.
Attendees at the graduation include Brig. Gen. Dr. Ali Salem Al Tunaiji, Director General of Federal Central Operations, Brig. Gen. Walid Salem Al Shamsi, Commander of the Police College, and Brig. Gen. Obaid Rashid Al Zahmi, Chief of Virtual Training Command, Brig. Gen. Rashid Abdullah Al Habsi, Director of Manama Boot Camp, as well as a large number of officers in the Ministry of Interior and Armed Forces.
The ceremony opened with the National Anthem, followed by recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. Then, the graduates gave an overview of internal security operations they were trained on under the supervision of the Ministry of Interior. They affirmed their readiness and willingness to be part of organizing and securing Expo 2021 events. Performances at the ceremony showed the high morale of the conscripts indicating the spirit of loyalty, belonging and love for their homeland.
At the end of the ceremony, Lt. Gen. Saif Al Shafar distributed prizes to the top performing conscripts.
