Emirati Birds of Goodness Soar in the Sky of Humanity

Since its establishment in 1971, the United Arab Emirates has been internationally recognized as a beacon of goodness and generosity. The late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan was renowned for his philanthropic work and for extending a helping hand to those in need around the world.

This humanitarian legacy continues to be upheld and strengthened by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.

Under his leadership, the UAE has become an active and influential player in humanitarian and charitable endeavours on all fronts – Arab, Islamic, and international.

The UAE’s initiatives aim to stand in solidarity with fraternal and friendly nations, assisting the deprived and afflicted, whether due to disasters, crises, or conflicts. These efforts are grounded in ethical principles that do not discriminate based on religious beliefs, intellectual affiliations, race, or colour.

One of the latest initiatives is the launch of the “Birds of Goodness” by the UAE Air Force, dropping humanitarian aid to northern Gaza as part of the ” Gallant Knight 3″ operation, initiated under the orders of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

For their part, the people of northern Gaza have expressed their gratitude for this humanitarian gesture, reflecting the UAE’s determination to provide comprehensive humanitarian support to the Palestinian brothers and sisters, despite the challenges, in alleviating their daily suffering. They affirmed that the “Birds of Goodness” set a unique global example of humanitarian generosity.

The UAE’s outstanding humanitarian role at both regional and international levels has made it a symbol of goodness and giving, aiming to enhance the overall human condition. Its experience in charitable work is admired and appreciated by various regional and international entities at all levels.
