ST Engineering has unveiled a streamlined yet comprehensive defence portfolio reflecting its vision for integrated, technology-driven warfare, reinforcing Singapore’s ambition to become a global hub for military innovation and advanced defence solutions.
Key highlights include the Veloce family of unmanned aerial systems, comprising VTOL drones optimised for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions without the need for runways.
The company also showcased the Taurus unmanned ground vehicle (UGV), a multi-role autonomous platform equipped with advanced sensors and navigation algorithms, configurable for reconnaissance, logistics, or armed missions.
Another focal point was the Terrex S5 armoured vehicle, the fifth generation of the Terrex family, featuring a hybrid powertrain, open digital architecture, and AI integration to enhance operational efficiency, situational awareness, and battlefield survivability.
In line with its combat sustainability concept, ST Engineering highlighted sustainable aviation solutions, including MRO services using additive manufacturing (3D printing) to reduce downtime, cut operating costs, and strengthen supply chain resilience during extended operations.
