On November 13, 2025, the UAE Pavilion concluded its participation in the 12th edition of the Defense & Security Exhibition in Bangkok after four days of active engagement, constructive dialogue, and international collaboration that drew the attention of leading defence and security industry figures from around the world.
Throughout the exhibition, the pavilion welcomed thousands of visitors and showcased the latest Emirati innovations in defence technology, reaffirming the UAE’s position as a global centre for innovation and strategic partnerships, and strengthening its presence in the international defence and security sector.
The pavilion received wide interest from international visitors, including high-level officials and official delegations from Bahrain, Indonesia, Thailand, Brazil, Singapore, Malaysia, Türkiye, France, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. The strong turnout highlighted the pavilion’s role as a central hub within the exhibition and underscored the UAE’s growing contributions to advanced defence and security technologies.
A total of 148 meetings were held at the UAE Pavilion, covering a broad spectrum of topics, with particular focus on the upcoming defence and security events set to take place at the ADNEC Centre, Abu Dhabi, next year. These include the Unmanned Systems Exhibition and Conference (UMEX), the Simulation and Training Exhibition (SimTEX), and the International Security and Resilience Exhibition (ISNR). Global participants showed strong interest in engaging with the UAE’s advanced defence ecosystem in the coming years.
Meetings also included discussions with EDGE Group, as well as preparations for the International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) and the Naval Defence Exhibition (NAVDEX), both scheduled for 2027. These conversations further reflected the UAE’s pivotal role in shaping the future of the global defence and security industries.
The VIP Majlis at the pavilion hosted a series of high-level discussions with defence leaders and industry stakeholders, contributing to the strengthening of bilateral and multilateral relations.

The UAE Pavilion served as a key platform for showcasing the nation’s leading defence and security companies, including EDGE Group, Calidus, BHE Land Systems – Bin Hilal, and Al Jundi Journal. Over the course of four days, the pavilion featured a rich program of meetings and presentations, providing participants with the opportunity to explore the latest developments in defence technologies, establish new partnerships, and deepen international cooperation.
The strong turnout reflected the UAE’s firm commitment to supporting global collaboration and driving technological progress in the defence and security sectors.
The Defense & Security Exhibition in Bangkok is recognised as one of the largest specialised events in the Asia-Pacific region, bringing together decision-makers, experts, and industry leaders from around the world to showcase advanced defence technologies and discuss opportunities for cooperation and knowledge exchange in innovation and emerging technologies.
The UAE Pavilion was organised by Capital 360, the events arm of ADNEC Group, to highlight the nation’s advanced capabilities in defence and technology, and strengthen the UAE’s presence at major global defence exhibitions.
The UAE’s participation is the result of close cooperation between ADNEC Group and key partners from both the public and private sectors, all working together to enhance the competitiveness of the national defence industry, expand the global reach of Emirati products, support innovation and knowledge transfer, and broaden opportunities for international collaboration and partnerships. This collective effort contributes to reinforcing the UAE’s status as a leading global destination for defence, security, and advanced technologies.
This participation marks the first stop in a series of international engagements for the UAE Pavilion, bringing together leading Emirati defence companies as part of a global tour across major international defence exhibitions.
