The Future of Unmanned Naval Warfare

The French defence company Naval Group has made waves with the debut of its latest high-performance unmanned surface vehicle (USV), the SeaQuest-S, a compact vessel measuring 9.3 metres in length.

Equipped with modular systems and a powerful suite of sensors, the SeaQuest-S is designed to enhance maritime deterrence, intelligence gathering, and combat support capabilities.

The SeaQuest-S consists of three core modules, each tailored for specific functions and customisable to suit operator needs. The forward section can house a swarm of drones, additional fuel, or, when required, weaponry.

Meanwhile, the aft cabin is dedicated to communications. All internal configurations can be adapted to meet mission-specific demands, making the SeaQuest-S a versatile tool for modern naval operations.
