Held under the prestigious patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and supported by the Royal Bahrain Air Force and the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunication, the 4th Manama Air Power Symposium (MAPS 2022) will be held at the Sofitel Manama Hotel, Bahrain on November 8, 2022.
Considered the most elite event on the global airshows calendar, MAPS 2022 is the official conference of Bahrain International Air Show, which will be held from November 9 to 11, 2022.
The Symposium attracts approximately 30,000 trade visitors and results in billions of dollars’ worth of agreements.
Attended by a select high-caliber audience of over 300 air force commanders and operators, policymakers, and industry leaders from over 25 countries, MAPS 2022 is considered the most important regional air power conference in 2022.
The theme for MAPS 2022 is “Air Power and Air Defense in the Era of Transformation, Automation and Integration,” where the one-day international conference will discuss the most pressing issues in air power and air defense considering the most recent experiences and lessons learned in the theater of operations.
