His Excellency Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi, Minister of State for Defence Affairs, confirmed that the message of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, on the 15th anniversary of his assumption of the presidency of the UAE government, came to reveal great aspects of his unique leadership personality which history has never seen anything like before. He added, “His Highness has achieved for the Emirates what seemed impossible to many in record time. With his vision, he reached the peak of hope and ambition and went beyond the space. His Highness presented an uncharacteristic self-evaluation of his government and its accomplishments before His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE,” may God protect him” and in front of the honorable people of the Emirates, explaining the basic rules for the work of officials and work teams in the UAE government, reflecting the secrets of success for a 15-year journey of success and glory.
