Russia’s new marine robot can carry drones

Russian scientists have invented a marine robot that can stay at sea for 12 months, allowing it to track vital resources, monitor biological resources, as well as carry drones and robots that can operate underwater.
The robot can monitor the surface of the water from above, and monitor all operations underwater. This is an important issue during the transportation of oil and its products from offshore oil wells to land.
In addition, the robot is designed to monitor border areas, provide marine internet, explore and study underwater archaeology and hydrography, as well as study seawater.
