A new combat ship manufactured in China joined recently the Pakistani Na This ship was developed at one of the shipyards of the Chinese company Hudong-Zhonghua.
In 2017, China and Pakistan signed contracts to develop 4 Type-054A/P combat frigates for the Pakistani army to manufacture the four ships in China. A year later, they signed additional contracts for the development of two other ships. In August 2020, about 14 months later, it was handed over to the Pakistan Navy.
Last January, China put into the waters the second ship it had developed in the framework of the contracts signed with Pakistan, and it is expected that this ship will be delivered to the Pakistani army before the end of the first quarter of this year.
