EOS exhibited on its stand at IDEX 2021 for the first time an integrated system to deal with drones. This system includes various weapons; most prominent is the advanced laser weapon, which is considered the most recent around the world. The system is characterized by great accuracy and high ability to destroy drones of various sizes at ranges up to eight kilometers.
The company also offered other products in the space and telecommunications fields.
It is worth noting that the UAE’s EOS is based in Tawazun Industrial Complex in Abu Dhabi, and it is a branch of the Australian parent company, Electro Optic Systems, a pioneer in the field of space and defense industries, which began developing remote control systems for various types of weapons since 1993.
