The Russian company Almaz-Antey revealed lately its new Resurs naval air defense system which is capable of dealing with 5 aerial targets at a time, whether these targets are manned or unmanned, and flying at a very low altitude.
The new, shipborne air defense system Resurs, or Resource, is designed to engage both manned air platforms and unmanned aircraft systems (UASs), including those very low-flying, close-range UAVs. The system, which is capable of engaging up to five air targets simultaneously, includes new effectors, a command module, an under-deck launch station, and support systems.
