All-terrain armored tracked multi-purpose vehicle

The German company FFG has developed an all-terrain transmission, called HiMoLaP, for a multi-purpose vehicle that can perform many roles, and was specifically designed to work on rough terrain and on difficult terrain, including sand, snow and swamps. The payload capacity of this vehicle is 3.6 tons, and it can be airlifted by military aircraft.

This tracked armored vehicle is made of advanced composite materials. Its armor provides it with protection against small arms fire and artillery shell shrapnel.

Furthermore, an add-on armor set can be installed to provide a higher level of protection. The hull floor is designed to withstand mine blasts and improvised explosive devices.
