Airbus has been selected as the only eligible supplier for the Royal Canadian Air Force’s program to replace the Airbus CC-150 Polaris multi-role transporters. Airbus is offering the A330 multi-role for strategic transportation. The company said the operation revealed ” that the A330 MRTT was capable of meeting the requirements of the project.”
A responsible source said that six transporters will be purchased, indicating that the A330 MRTT is capable of simultaneously carrying out refueling and transportation missions.
