Strategic Sectors Development Fund – the investment arm of the Economic Balance Council … and EOS Defence Systems, “Electro Optic”, on February 22, 2021, signed an agreement to establish a joint venture to design and develop, in the UAE, a light and multi-platform weapon system with a caliber of 14,5 x 114 mm, with the participation of Emirati and international expertise in the engineering and design.
The joint venture uses the latest design, development and manufacturing techniques to provide the market with the most advanced weapon systems compared to conventional weapons systems of the same caliber currently available. The new system will be lightweight, highly accurate, and efficient.
