Constant fatigue and Nutritional deficiency

The lack of nutrients in the body means depriving it of adequate amounts of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and fats, according to the German Federal Center for Nutrition.

The Center explained that Nutritional deficiency can be the result of malnutrition, chronic bowel diseases, such as Crohn’s disease, loss of appetite due to age, or psychological problems such as depression.

This could lead to symptoms such as constant fatigue, muscle weakness, muscle cramps, wasting, fatigue, poor concentration, headache, dizziness, pale face, brittle nails, hair loss, bone pain, tingling and numbness in the extremities, and frequent infection due to weakness of the immune system, nervousness and agitation, mood disorders, and inner turmoil.

This health problem can be treated with a healthy diet based on vegetables, fruits, whole grain products rich in dietary fiber, low-fat meat, fish, and low-fat dairy products, and avoiding fast food, ready-made foods, and white flour products.
